I support them by making complexity understandable, activating resources, and shaping change in such a way that it is supported and effective.
Change has always been a part of my life. From my first leadership experiences in challenging environments to the financial world and the financial crisis to start-ups, sustainability consulting, and international corporate development. Each stage has sharpened my view of transformation. It is never just a question of strategy, but always also of attitude, meaning, and leadership.
That is precisely why I combine three levels of change in my offering: business, people, and planet. Because transformation can only succeed if it is economically relevant, supported by people, and takes responsibility for the greater good.
Change is never one-dimensional. It affects structures and strategies as well as people,
culture, and responsibility. My role is to connect these levels with each other.
